Delivery Policy

  1. Upon order and payment confirmation, our staff will packing and print delivery note for postage purpose.
  2. Delivery duration:
    • West Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Pulau Pinang, Johor, Melaka,Negeri Sembilan: MAIN CITY) 2 to 3 working day from pick-up date.
    • West Malaysia ( Pahang, Kelantan, Kedah, Perak, Terengganu, rural and island area) 3-7 Working day.
    • East Malaysia (MAIN CITY) 5-7 working day, Rural Area and island 7 to 14 working day.
  3. Customer Cannot request for refund or exchange during postage time.
  4. Delay of  delivery may occur during festive season (hari raya, Chinese New Year, Deepavali etc) as courier service provider have mass order in their hand. 
  5. During Festive Season, Delay duration  expected to double from normal delivery duration.
  6. our registered courier service is Ninjavan. however, customer can choose to use other service provider by informing us during order check out.


Return and Exchange Policy

  1. This Return and Exchange policy shall only be applicable for Online Order Through www.songketrepublik.com.my
  2. Songket Republik shall use its best efforts to ensure that Orders are correctly fulfilled. Should there be any discrepancy of Products delivered and the Customer wishes for return and exchange, please notify us by completing and submitting the online form posted in our website within seven (7) days upon receiving the Products. We will contact the Customer within seven (7) days after receipt of the completed form online to direct the Customer of the procedures in respect of the return of Products and refund. 
  3. The Customer is advised to wait for our instruction for the next course of action. In the event the Customer does not receive any reply from us after the aforesaid period, please contact us either by e-mail at songketrepublik@gmail.com or call Songket Republik Online admin at 0340213333 for enquiries.
  4. If the Customer opts for replacement or Exchange of Products, the affected Products MUST be returned via courier or post. The cost of return incurred shall be borne by customer. Postage fee for Replacement of goods will be borne by Songket Republik.
  5. All replacements or exchange of Products shall be affected subject to stocks availability.

Return/Exchange of Products can be arranged under the following reasons:

  1. If any Product has been delivered in a damaged or defective condition; or
  2. if the wrong Product which is different from the Order is delivered
  3. Provided Always that the Customer shall return or caused to be returned to Songket Republik the aforesaid Products unused and in its original condition, quantity and packaging as it is first delivered to the Customer together with the proof of Order, payment and delivery of the Products.
  4. If any Product which was not included in the Customer's Order is delivered to the Customer, Songket Republik shall collect the Product from the Customer by using our appointed courier service.
  5. If the Customer has been charged for a Product which has not been delivered, Songket Republik shall repost the product or refund the Customer the value of the Product as originally charged to the Customer.
  6. The return of a Product by a Customer automatically warrants for an exchange subject to availability of stock. Songket Republik will inspect the returned Products upon receipt of the same. All refunds will be made via the same mode of payment within 2 months and depending on the appointed bank refund policy in which your receipt of the refund will depend on the period of time your financial institution takes to finalise the refund. Songket Republik shall not be liable with respect to any loss, damage, cost or expense that you or any person may incur as a result of any delay in your financial institution processing the said refund.
  7. The Customer is required to send back the affected Product(s) to us via a reliable courier service company to our Songket Republik HQ at the following address:-

Alternatively, the Customer may bring the affected Product(s) to any Guardian stores located in Klang Valley which our stores’ location can be found in http://www.songketrepublik.com/store-locator for return or exchange.

The Customer shall be responsible for the risks and condition of the Product to be returned until it reaches us at Songket Republik Hq or other selected Guardian stores as above mentioned. Guardian will not be liable for any loss or damage to the Product prior to the Product is received by us. The Customers are advised to pack safely the Product to prevent any loss or damage to the Product or its box or its original packaging.
